The National Library of Australia’s 2008 Product Poll for expressions of interest in the buying consortium – Electronic Resources Australia is open until April 29th.   If you haven’t become involved before now, I’d encourage all librarians especially teacher-librarians who can be on very tight budgets, to join the project to gain more affordable access to database resources.  Approximately 200 libraries across Australia are currently signed up.

I’m subscribed to the World Book Encyclopedia and ANZ Resource Centre via ERA.  It’s a very straightforward process that will get stronger as it grows.  Check it out at and get involved.
